This morning has seen lots of disruption with only two trams running in the early hours due to adverse weather conditions.

There’s currently eight trams across the network with hopes more will follow soon.

NET posted on X, (formally Twitter) updating customers, “Apologies, due to adverse weather conditions we have only eight Trams on the system.”

“All of the Nottingham City Buses are accepting our tickets and passes. East Midlands trains from Hucknall to Beeston are also accepting our tickets and passes.”

Areas of Nottingham saw lows of -8C in morning which has caused icy conditions on the roads and pavements.

The Met Office warns that temperatures will only reach 2C and similar conditions will repeat tomorrow morning.
