Green juices are a perfect way to get in your five-a-day and can even help build up your immunity this winter.

You can buy green juices in supermarkets, at coffee shops and even make your own at home.

Using fruits and vegetables such as; cucumber, celery, green apples, kale, lemon, mango, kiwi, spinach, pear, ginger and pineapple, or whatever you have left over in the fridge, they’re quick and easy.

Green juice is great for; inflammation, digestion, immunity, energy and skin – improving overall health.

Easy to make, you can use a juicer or a blender and you can pick and choose which fruits and vegetables to use; depending on your preferences.

Mango green juice booster:

Half a mango, handful of spinach, a green apple (granny smith), some celery; add apple juice if you’re using a blender!

Sweet juice:

Two small green apples, kiwi, spinach, lemon, ginger and cucumber.

Kale crush:

Two small green apples, two carrots, a handful of kale; add apple juice if blending.
