Nottingham Trent University’s Clifton Campus is capitalising on new year tennis fever by promoting their outstanding facilities.
The university is offering use of their in-house tennis courts to members of the public and enrolled students for outstanding rates this year.
For students, the prices to use the courts range from £12 in off-peak hours to £15 in peak hours.
For members of the public, the prices in off peak hours are £21, and the prices in peak hours are £27.
The courts fit into the category for some of the cheapest sessions you can find in and around Nottingham.
This offers a particular advantage during the recent cost of living crisis, which has seen prices rise to upwards and beyond of £50 to get onto various tennis courts around the county.
Clifton courses host both casual and coached sessions for the public and students which stand for an hour at a time for the prices listed above.
The location of Clifton Campus is College Drive, Clifton, NG11 8NS and holds on-site parking, although this can be limited at peak hours with university students.
The car park is located to the right after entering past the barriers and before following the road round the bend.
The bus ride is 30 minutes from Nottingham City Centre, or a 15 to 20 minute drive.
The tennis courts can be located on the opposite side to the campus entry, behind the Lee Westwood Sport Centre.
The co-ordinator for NTU tennis is Harrison Fernandez Lewis. To book out a court, use the NTU Sport App or contact the Lee Westwood Sport Centre on 0115 848 3219.
