
The second-ever itsu to open up here in the Midlands will be located in Nottingham City centre.
The East Asian-inspired fast food restaurant will be opening its doors on January 20 to Nottingham residents in the Victoria Centre.
Located at the former Mr Frites, itsu will offer a variety of hot and cold foods that can be eaten at the store, takeaway and even delivered straight to your door.
Itsu currently has 77 branches, with 54 of them located in London, and envisioned a world where beautiful, fast and healthy food is accessible to everyone.

Their food ranges from sushi & salads, rice bowls, gyoza & bao, soups, desserts and snacks.

itsu has also opted for a “steamed, not fried” cooking method to enrich the meals’ vitamins and nutrients.
This allows every rice bowl and side not to include any unnecessary saturated fat.
