Nottingham residents will be able to experience Vietnamese cuisine as Pho has opened on Monday in Hockley.

The restaurant based in Carlton Street, Hockley will serve their famous healthy Vietnamese street food cooked freshly in their central kitchens.

Owners Stephen and Juliette Wall first opened Pho in 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam, and fell in love with the country’s food.

They decided they wanted to serve this culture of food within their own restaurant, and opened their first venue in Ho Chi, Minh City.

Now, the couple have more than 30 branches across the country including their newest addition in the former National Videogame Arcade in Hockley.

Pho offers many varieties and specials within their menu, catering to both meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans.

With Vietnamese food lovers rushing to this new spot in the city, tables may be at a premium, so booking in advance is advised.
