Igloo Village by Winter Wonderland Nottingham in Trinity Square

Away from the Christmas Market, Winter Wonderland Nottingham have set up another unique festive attraction that you might not know about.

Further out from Market Square, an outdoor bar area has been set up named Igloo Village.

This winter village opened on Monday, November 15 and runs until New Year’s Eve.

It features a festive bar and seating area with a mix of standing areas, seated tables and the star attraction, a combination of comfy alpine igloos.

This festive bar is located at Trinity Square, here in the heart of Nottingham and provides a rest area from the cold winter weather for Christmas shoppers.

The festive bar serves multiple beverages, from mulled wine, cider to a warm cup of hot chocolate.

Each drink ranges from the price of £2 to £7.50.

As visitors enter the village, they are escorted through a Christmas tree entrance and snow-covered Christmas tree leading to the igloo-style plastic domes, resembling a festive moment.

The village has eight igloo pods that can accommodate between two to eight people and require booking beforehand, each installed with wooden benches and a table, which is thoroughly heated.

In addition, each igloo includes a blanket to keep all visitors extra cosy.

There is a £20 deposit per igloo, and visitors can book their own memorable igloo experience in person at Trinity square.
