Notts County is enjoying an upturn in form in their last two games, and will hope to secure a third consecutive league win on Tuesday night.
Bromley will visit Meadow Lane on the back of three home games yielding mixed results. Neil Smith’s side lost 2 – 1 to FC Halifax Town, drew with Woking last Tuesday night and beat Aldershot Town at Saturday tea-time, making this Tuesday’s fixture a tricky one to predict.
There is no better indicator of the future than the past, though, and we do have previous meetings between the two to look back on.
Bromley took the three points with a 2 – 1 win at Hayes Lane in September 2019 as Notts were just getting used to life in the fifth tier.
Notts reversed the scoreline later in the season though, winning 2 – 1 last January.
Kyle Wootton scored one of his 18 goals last season in September’s trip to the capital, while goals from Wes Thomas and Connell Rawlinson helped Neal Ardley’s men to the win in early 2020.
Notts sit fifth in the Vanarama National League after a 1 – 0 win at Weymouth on Saturday, having produced a late show to beat Solihull Moors 2 – 0 last Wednesday.
Wootton netted both after the 75th minute against Solihull, with Elisha Sam literally and figuratively chipping in against Weymouth.
