The Met Office has warned people to be cautious of icy conditions with sub-zero temperatures expected.

Dry conditions with sunny spells are forecast to continue through the afternoon, with temperatures expected to begin dropping in the evening.

The evening will be chilly, dry and clear, with low temperatures awaiting.

Temperatures are expected to drop to zero at around 9pm, before dropping bellow zero at around 11pm.

Further snowfall is not expected with conditions into the night expected to remain dry throughout the night.

It is expected to be cloudy and breezy as cloud cover will increase from the south-west.
