Christmas tree sales are set to soar this festive season and Christmas tree growers are saying they are having a bumper year.
UK farms usually sell about eight million trees each year, this year they predict it could reach as many as 10 million.

1. The Christmas Tree Company, Beeston.
With trees from £25 to £170, there is also the option to buy pot grown trees which can be delivered to you.

2. Nottscutts Wheatcroft Garden Centre, Edwalton.
The trees are available in many different sizes and are hand picked by experts to ensure the quality and shape of the trees is perfect, prices start at £34.99.
There are also potted Christmas trees available that are simple to care for and can bring joy for years to come.

3. Bawtry Forest Christmas Trees, Botany Bay, Retford
This company is the largest supplier of Christmas trees in Nottinghamshire and have a number of tree species including Norway Spruce, Lodgepole Pine and Nordmann Fir.
All in different shapes and sizes, up to 25ft tall.
They are open weekdays 10am until 5 pm and weekends 9am till 5pm.

4. Egmanton Christmas Trees, Juglans Farm, Egmanton
This farm claim to have the finest real trees in Nottingham.
The trees come from their family farm and each tree is hand-pruned and tended to over the year.
They are open 7 days a week thought December 9am until 5pm.

5. Thompson Brothers Green Grocers, Sherwood
Their trees are of the Nordmann fir variety, which are the most popular across Europe as they drop far fewer needles than traditional Norway spruces.
All of their trees are homegrown in England.
