A Nottingham mum plans to expand her home-made vegan business and hit the supermarket shelves.
Jennifer Sarigson – who desperately missed that sugar sensation – decided to mix up flavours in the kitchen in attempt to satisfy her sweet tooth.
The 34-year-old started from just playing about with various 100% vegan ingredients in the kitchen with her three children just under a year ago, Jennifer has seen her business enjoy quick success.
The Woodborough mum said: “If I can make a small step and make people change their mind by adapting their diet, then that’s a big change.”

The meditation teacher trialled her products on friends who were “amazed” by how good the products tasted and could not tell the difference between them and non-vegan products.
“It would be nice to make it available for everyone.”

Love Vegan by Jennifer has so far made it into the local shops of Woodborough, a spar shop, Spring Lane Farm and Gonalston Farm Shop.
After shopping for vegan-friendly items proved difficult to locate, Jennifer wanted to ensure her product “shouted out vegan.”

All of the bars are dairy free, wheat free, gluten fee and have no added sugar. The price for a pack of 24 bars is £18.00.
