
UPDATE: Motorpoint Arena have confirmed the concert on Friday, February 1, is cancelled and details of rescheduling will be announced soon.
Controversial veteran rocker, Ozzy Osbourne, has been forced to postpone his tour date at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena due to illness.
His first four dates of his upcoming No More Tours 2 tour have been postponed by the Black Sabbath frontman.
The rock singer, was supposed to take to the stage in Nottingham on Friday, February 1, supported by famous Midland’s metal band Judas Priest, for his last ever tour.
MCD, who announced the news, said on their website: “Details for the rescheduled date will be announced within the next 48 hours.
“All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.”
Just five days ago Ozzy Osbourne, 70, tweeted about coughing so much he popped a blood vessel in his eye.

Though fans on Twitter have expressed their disappointment, they have wished the singer well.

Judas Priest confirmed the news via their Twitter account saying: “It is with great regret we have to announce that the first four UK shows on the Ozzy Osbourne/Judas Priest tour have been postponed due to Ozzy having a very bad case of flu.”
