Mansfield Town will be seeking their fourth successive victory when they travel to Forest Green Rovers in the SkyBet League Two tonight.

The Stags are fresh from a 3-0 success over Tranmere Rovers on Saturday, but face a tricky test at The New Lawn against a Forest Green side who are sitting comfortably in the play-off positions, three points off automatic promotion.

A win could take the Stags just two points off table-toppers Lincoln, who aren’t in action until the weekend but manager David Flitcroft will have to dig deep into his squad resources as his side face a mini injury crisis.

Stags defender Hayden White remains on the sidelines with a broken leg suffered in the match against Colchester on January 19, whilst knee injuries continue to keep team-mates Alex MacDonald and David Mirfin on the sidelines.

Goalkeeper Jordan Smith, who signed on loan from Forest 10 days ago, is expected to continue between the sticks as Bobby Olejnik is out long term with a knee injury.

Another absentee will be Stags’ striker Craig Davies who has an ankle problem.

The game kicks off at 19:45.
