Morning all – With transfer deadline day upon us, we’ll bringing you all the big rumours and signings right here, live!
10:07 – Nottingham Forest are keen on signing Watford goalkeeper Costel Pantilmon, according to the Daily Mirror. The 30-year-old giant would be a welcome addition to Aitor Karanka’s squad, especially after suffering a 3-0 home defeat to Preston North End yesterday evening.
The former Manchester City ‘keeper is currently on loan at Deportivo La Coruna, but could be recalled by Watford in order to complete this permanent move.
10:22 – Look what Tobias Figueiredo just tweeted…
All set for my new challenge! I am heading to the UK with all the ambition and very proud to have the opportunity to help @NFFC achieve its goals! 🙌
To all my teammates and @Sporting_CP 's fans I say: See you soon, I'll be supporting like all of you, even at a distance. 😉 pic.twitter.com/YwwEkfOybz

The Sporting Lisbon player, valued at €2.3m has agreed to join the reds on loan until the end of the season, with the option of a permanent move in the summer.
10:41 – Big news for Mansfield fans…
— Mansfield Town FC (@mansfieldtownfc) January 31, 2018
Mansfield Town manager Steve Evans has won the race to sign wide-midfielder Matt Penney on loan from Sheffield Wednesday until the end of the season.
Twitter users such as Ross and Jamie couldn’t contain their excitement when Sky Sports broke the news:

10:48 – While Nottingham Forest are expected to sign a number of players today, there have also been a number of reports linking their current players with moves away.
Red’s boss Aitor Karanka, having only joined the Championship side earlier this month, is keen to get a number of players off the club’s pay roll. Matt Mills, Jamie Ward, Mustapha Carayol, Apostolos Vellios, Stephen Henderson and Armand Traore are all among a clutch of players who could be allowed to leave today…
They’ll barely have a starting 11 if Karanka has his way.
11:08 – Some very much needed Premier League experience could be on the way to Forest today…
Reports coming from the Telegraph claim that Leicester City veteran Andy King and Newcastle centre-midfielder Jack Colback could be on their way to City Ground.
Keep in mind, hopeful Forest fans: this is the same publication that reported Chelsea’s interest in Peter Crouch the other day.
11:17 – Looks like Nottingham really took that defeat last night to heart, as they’re linked with yet another goalkeeper this morning! Forest have supposedly made a €5 million offer for struggling Roma ‘keeper Lukasz Skorupski.
11:35 – Following the rejection of Burnley’s £11.5m bid for centre-back Joe Worrall, Forest have reportedly slapped a £20m price tag on their defensive asset.
Warrall told the BBC earlier this week: “I am committed to Forest. Everybody knows I’m a fan. I love playing for the club and don’t want to leave”. It’s a good thing that football player’s claims of loyalty are always gospel; otherwise Reds fans could have been in for a real shock.
11:45 – News from London now, as Arsenal confirm the HUGE £60m capture of Borussia Dortmund ace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang:

Arsenal’s front three now consists of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Henrikh Mkhitaryan… perhaps Mr Wenger has misinterpreted fans’ pleas for ‘big-name signings’.
12:00 – We’ve found someone on Twitter who’s genuinely excited about Mansfield’s deadline day signing of Matt Penney: Matt Penney.

12:05 – Notts County FC have just unveiled their new loanee from Premier league outfit Brighton & Hove:

Ben Hall, a Northern Ireland under-21 international, has moved to Meadow Lane for the remainder of the season.
12:14 – A quick update on Colback to Notts Forest:
While neither Newcastle or Forest have made any statements regarding a potential deal, talks behind closed doors are rumoured to be on-going.
The move looks beneficial to both sides as Karanka looks to bolster his midfield options, while Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez has reiterated publicly that Jack Colback is not in his plans.
12:24 – It’s worth noting that, while Nottingham Forest have yet to confirm anything, potential free-transfer signing Ashkan Dejagah was spotted at the City Ground yesterday evening and is expected to sign with the club at some point today.
The Iranian winger has been without a club since leaving German side Wolfsburg last summer.
13:07 – After the signing of Ben Hall, the Magpies deadline day dealings may not be done just yet.
They’re in the market for a striker and owner Alan Hardy has said that they may have more signings sooner rather than later.

13:22 – Whilst Forest are still linked with Jack Colback and Andy King, they have missed out on one supposed target.
Panathinaikos’ Swedish left back/winger Niklas Hult (we’ve not heard of him either) is staying in Greece, moving to AEK Athens instead of making the switch to the Championship.
Whether that has anything to do with Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis’ ties with Panathinaikos’ rivals Olympiacos is yet to be seen however.
13:54 – Transfer buzz has quietened down slightly over lunch, but most of the Forest-related noise at the moment is coming from reports suggesting that Jamie Ward is on his way out to Millwall.
Forest’s only saving grace is that there are also reports surfacing that claim Wolves winger Ben Marshall is in the middle of a medical for Millwall. If that signing is completed, then Millwall will be unlikely to pursue Ward further.
15:10 – More news from the Prem now, as Sky Sports news report a third and final Manchester City bid for wantaway Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez.
The league leaders have reportedly bid roughly £65m in a cash-plus-player deal (the player involved is yet to be named).
