It’s Friday 13th this week, the possibly most feared date in the calendar, but how superstitious are the people of Nottingham?

The superstition behind Friday 13th is said to have dated back to biblical times when Jesus’ 13th disciple, Judas, betrayed him at the last supper.

Some people don’t believe in the bad luck Friday the 13th brings.

Now 2,000 years on and Friday the 13th is considered to be unlucky by more than a quarter of Britons whilst one in 20 refuse to even leave the house.
